Profile Setup

There are 3 types of resolution for the profile images:
- Home image on the front page – 848x565 px
- Customer app logo – 100x58 px
- Invoice logo - 260x80 px
- Cell Application logo - 58x100 px
- Acceptable file types – PNG and JPG
To upload the logos, log in to your profile > Main Menu > Configuration
> Customization
Our web and tablet versions provide access differentiation for you and
your employees. You as the owner of the profile will have a full access
to all the features and tabs and your employees will have limited
profiles with only the features they need for their job functions.
You can also edit permissions for each worker. To do this, log in to
your profile > Main menu > Configuration > Managing workers
If you want to delete your account, simply delete all profile information. Or please email us or send us a message via our support chat.

Basic Functionalities
To add a new customer you have to:
- 1. Log in to your profile
- 2. Go to “Customers and Vehicles” tab
- 3. Click “Add/Find Customer & Vehicle”
- 4. Fill in all the needed information
- 5. Click “Create”
You can create inspection templates to use for your standard
procedures.
Go to Main Menu > Configuration > Templates > Add Inspection
template.
Add inspection name, price and hours, click save. Then include the
points you need.
Repeat the same procedure for Repair templates.
To add a template to your Repair, choose either Labor Diagnostics for
inspection template or tags to use a repair template.
Repeat the same procedure for Repair templates. To add a template to your Repair, choose either Labor Diagnostics for inspection template or tags to use a repair template.

If the vehicle owner is already in your database, enter a phone number or VIN code and press the search button. If it’s a new customer – enter all the information into the fields on the page and save it.
A repair order can be edited or modified in all of its stages before its
status is set to Finished.
Once a repair is finished, it cannot be deleted. Though, if you need to
exclude items from the repair order, you can mark them as Rejected. This
will affect the total bottom line.
